Is it really 100% free to join Justine?
Yes. There is no signup fee (R0), and you do not have to buy a starter kit to activate your account.
How long does the online registration take?
Setting up your account online takes under five minutes. Your account activates immediately, so you do not have to wait for approval.
Do I need to buy stock upfront?
No. You carry no stock risk, because you only place an order for products your customers have already pre-ordered and confirmed.
What if I have sold Justine in the past?
Former representatives can send a quick reinstatement request through the contact form to reactivate their account.
Earnings and the business model
How the income works, in plain terms.
How do I make money as a Justine Representative?
You keep a margin of 30% or more on your retail sales. That margin is the difference between the discounted representative price you pay and the full brochure price your customer pays.
How much can I realistically earn each month?
Earnings depend on how much time you put in and how many customers you serve. These are typical ranges:
- Getting started (15 to 30 customers): R500 to R1,500 a month.
- Building a team (5 to 10 downline reps): R2,000 to R5,000 a month in team commissions.
- Full business: uncapped potential for top team leaders.
These figures are examples, not guarantees. Individual results vary.
Do I get paid directly or through Justine?
On direct retail sales you collect payment or a deposit from your customer upfront, pay Justine the discounted rate, and keep your profit straight away. Team sales commission is paid to you in addition.
Selling channels and flexibility

Do I need prior sales or beauty experience?
No. The digital catalogue does most of the selling for you, and you get full step-by-step guidance from the start.
Can I run my Justine business entirely online?
Yes. You can sell through WhatsApp status updates, Facebook and Instagram, or by sharing your personal eStore link and the digital brochure.
How many hours a week do I need to work?
Your hours are completely flexible. You can run it as a side income in a few hours a week, or build it into a full-time business if you choose to.

What is the 30-Day Success Plan?
It is a step-by-step roadmap for your first month. You build genuine relationships, learn three core products, and work towards a first monthly goal of R580, with no sales pressure.
Ordering and customer delivery
How an order gets from your customer to your customer’s door.
How do customer orders and deliveries work?
During the campaign you collect orders from your customers. You then place one combined order on the Justine portal at representative pricing, collect your customers’ payments, and deliver their products.
How do customers buy online through my eStore?
You share your personal eStore link, for example arp.avon.com/prp/ZA/en/shopwithERROL. Customers can browse the full catalogue and buy directly online.
